Jasmine Pearls tea, a.k.a. Dragon Pearls (茉莉龙珠) is a premium green tea naturally scented with jasmine flower blossoms. Young tea buds & shoots are hand-rolled into tight balls, allowing them to retain the delicate jasmine floral scent. They will unfurl during infusion. 

Late-summer (closed) jasmine blossoms are layered or blended with premium green tea shoots. As the flowers bloom overnight they release a delicate jasmine scent that envelops the tea shoots, flowers are discarded when spent. This process is repeated until moisture from the  blossoms is absorbed by the tea, imparting a delicate, sweet, floral scent & flavour.

Our Jasmine Pearls are grown and processed in the Fuzhou region, Fujian province, the birthplace of Jasmine tea. This region has been designated by the FAO as a Globally Important Agricultural Heritage System (GIAHS) due to its agricultural biodiversity, resilient ecosystems, and significant cultural heritage.
